Belfast IPTV acts as the Data Controller. We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We only collect data that is necessary to provide your IPTV subscription, offer support, and maintain service security.

We do NOT process special category data or track your viewing for advertising purposes.

We keep active account data for the duration of your subscription + 12 months. Inactive accounts are permanently deleted after 24 months. Financial records are retained for 6 years to comply with UK tax law.

We implement technical and organisational measures including SSL encryption, access controls, and UK/EU-based secure hosting. All IPTV credentials are stored encrypted. In case of a data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
