1. Definitions

"Service" means the Belfast IPTV streaming subscription providing access to live TV channels, VOD, and EPG. "You" means the customer. "We", "us" means Belfast IPTV.

2. Service Description

Belfast IPTV provides access to over 28,000 live channels and VOD content via internet streaming. The service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended). We do not provide internet service, hardware, or VPN. Channel availability may change without notice due to broadcaster changes.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• One subscription = use per your chosen device limit (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 devices). Sharing logins beyond your plan is prohibited and will result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All plans are prepaid: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal. We do not store card details.
• Subscriptions auto-expire. We do not auto-renew unless you repurchase.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial. No payment is required for the trial.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast our service.
• Use VPNs to abuse server locations or bypass limits.
• Share your account publicly or on forums.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers.

Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by your ISP, device, or third-party broadcasters. We provide 24/7 support to resolve issues. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital IPTV services, all sales are final after activation. We offer a FREE 24-hour trial so you can test compatibility before buying. Refunds are only issued if we cannot deliver the service due to our server fault for more than 72 consecutive hours. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and software belong to Belfast IPTV. Channel content is provided via licensed aggregators. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to view the streams only.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not own the broadcasted channels. We are an IPTV access provider only. You are responsible for ensuring IPTV use is legal in your country.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Belfast IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your access will cease and no refund will be due.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belfast.
